What you'll do
- Lead annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning
- Analyze performance, variances, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actions to senior leadership
- Partner with commercial, operational, local finance, and group finance teams
- Develop financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting packages
- Align German reporting requirements with group expectations in a U.S. publicly listed company
- Improve FP&A processes, planning tools, data quality, automation, and performance routines
What we're looking for
- Around 7 years of progressive FP&A, controlling, corporate finance, or related experience
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, and variance analysis
- Understanding of the relationships between the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow statement
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP, planning, or reporting tools
- Strong commercial judgment, analytical skills, and stakeholder management
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience preparing board materials, earnings schedules, management review packs, or group reporting
- Exposure to finance transformation, planning system implementation, BI dashboards, or reporting automation
- MBA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification
- Experience in a high-growth, multinational, complex, or publicly listed company
