Account Executive

About this role

Own a Central U.S. territory selling Mews’ hospitality platform to independent hotels and small hotel groups. Build a mostly self-sourced pipeline and guide property owners and general managers through replacing legacy property management systems.

What you'll do

• Build and manage a full-cycle outbound pipeline, primarily through self-sourcing
• Navigate buying committees involving owners, general managers, and finance leads
• Maintain a structured prospecting cadence and accurate, forecastable pipeline
• Partner with business development representatives to qualify sourced leads
• Use AI for territory planning, account research, and personalized outreach, verifying details before sending

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of full-cycle SaaS account executive or new-business sales experience
• Track record of self-sourcing most pipeline through outbound prospecting in SMB or mid-market SaaS
• Experience closing deals with multiple decision-makers
• Use sales data to manage performance and explain decisions
• AI fluency equivalent to building repeatable AI-supported sales workflows

Nice to have

• Experience selling hospitality technology, fintech, or payments SaaS
• Experience mentoring or guiding other account executives
