Account Executive - Travel, Ticketing & Hospitality (Hunter)

About this role

Win new enterprise customers in the UK travel, ticketing, and hospitality sectors, helping them transform payment operations with Stripe products. Own the sales cycle from prospecting and business-case development through negotiation and close, while also expanding existing customer relationships.

The team

UK Enterprise Travel, Ticketing & Hospitality sales team.

What you'll do

• Own a named account list and develop plans to win and grow enterprise business.
• Create outbound strategies to build and nurture opportunities.
• Lead the full sales cycle, including business cases, deal structuring, negotiations, and closing.
• Develop executive relationships and coordinate stakeholder engagement.
• Lead commercial negotiations for complex renewals.
• Contribute to improving sales processes and team culture.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of sales experience with a record of top performance.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products.
• Experience building account plans across complex organizations and business units.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and bespoke commercial agreements.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments or selling to travel, ticketing, or hospitality companies.
• Track record of closing complex enterprise deals worth seven figures or more.
