Account Executive, Velocity Platforms (Hunter)

About this role

Build new business partnerships with B2B software platforms, helping them use Stripe Connect and payments infrastructure to grow. Manage prospects and named accounts through consultative sales, closing deals and supporting implementation and usage ramp-up.

What you'll do

• Manage named accounts and develop plans to win and expand business
• Build relationships with C-level executives and coordinate Stripe executive engagement
• Develop outbound strategies and own the sales cycle from lead to close
• Support sold platforms through implementation and usage ramp-up
• Help shape platform partnership strategy and improve sales processes
• Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of sales or prospecting experience with a record of strong performance
• Experience selling technology products or services and managing complex sales cycles
• Ability to understand technical ecosystems and engage technical customers
• Experience managing cross-functional projects, deployments, and ramp timelines
• Proven ability to close deals, manage a full sales cycle, and meet or exceed targets
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Comfort operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
