What you'll do
- Own the invoice-to-pay cycle for assigned entities
- Resolve invoice and PO mismatches
- Contribute to month-end close tasks
- Process payables across multiple currencies
- Serve as the contact for vendors and budget owners
- Administer employee expense submissions
- Identify process improvements
What we're looking for
- Hands-on accounts payable experience in multi-entity environments
- Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite or similar
- Experience in month-end close tasks
- Strong communication skills for vendor interactions
