Own and grow Tradeify 247’s affiliate and partner channel across crypto and forex markets. The role covers recruiting partners, managing relationships and commissions, and optimizing performance while coordinating with marketing, finance, and compliance.

Partnerships and Affiliate

What you'll do

• Manage affiliate onboarding, communications, and ongoing partner relationships
• Recruit and negotiate with affiliates, influencers, communities, and introducing partners
• Set commission structures, payout schedules, and partner deals with finance
• Track registrations, conversions, funded accounts, retention, LTV, and CPA
• Optimize offers, promotions, partner tiers, and marketing assets
• Review affiliate activity for quality and fraud, and enforce program terms
• Ensure partner marketing follows company guidelines and financial promotion rules

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years managing affiliate or partner programs, ideally in crypto, forex, prop trading, financial services, or fintech
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Post Affiliate Pro, Tapfiliate, Cellxpert, or Income Access
• Strong analytical, reporting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Clear written and spoken English
• Understanding of financial marketing compliance requirements
• Able to work independently in a fast-moving remote environment

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with crypto or trading affiliates or KOLs
• Experience in retail trading, prop trading, or crypto
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
• Experience running affiliate events or attending industry expos
• Additional language skills
