What you'll do
- Source, contact, vet, and onboard affiliate partners across media, mobile, social, incentive, and CTV channels.
- Coordinate partner launches, briefs, newsletters, and creative asset delivery.
- Administer Impact.com accounts, tracking links, and commission structures.
- Prepare recurring performance reports and maintain dashboards.
- Monitor compliance, fraud indicators, and partner performance; escalate issues as needed.
- Support invoice and payment reconciliation, and maintain partner documentation and records.
- Coordinate partner servicing with agencies and collaborate with product, compliance, design, martech, and analytics teams.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, growth marketing, or a related digital marketing field.
- Strong written communication for partner outreach and relationship management.
- Comfortable working with data.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple partner relationships and workstreams.
- Genuine interest in crypto or fintech.
Nice to have
- Exposure to SQL or BI tools such as Hex or QuickSight.
- Familiarity with Impact.com or similar affiliate platforms and AppsFlyer.
- Fintech or crypto experience.
