What we're looking for
- 5+ years managing an agent network in finance or technology sectors
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years leading field-based teams
- Experience managing stakeholders through reporting
- Fluency in English and French
- Willingness to travel up to 70% in DRC
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to cope with change and complexity
