Customer Success and AI Deployment
What you'll do
- Build relationships with engineering leaders and power users at key accounts
- Coordinate with Field Engineering and Sales on the post-sale customer experience
- Guide Grok adoption, rollout practices, prompt strategy, context configuration, and internal enablement
- Represent customer needs internally and influence roadmap priorities
- Plan strategic accounts and lead business reviews with VP- and CTO-level stakeholders
- Monitor account health and engagement to support renewals and expansion
What we're looking for
- Strong communication skills and executive presence; able to work with developers and CTOs
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and engineering organization structures
- Familiarity with technical workflows, AI tools, and developer productivity
- Customer-focused strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
