What you'll do
- Build production AI agents and automations for Compute and C3 workflows.
- Create dashboards, alerts, and recommendations from fleet utilization, allocation, and demand data.
- Audit existing tools and identify and prioritize gaps and opportunities.
- Build team-productivity workflows and integrate third-party APIs and internal systems.
- Design workflows with upstream and downstream system impacts in mind, and document solutions.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in AI or automation engineering, workflow automation, or technical operations.
- Experience shipping production agents on Vercel, including durable workflows and sandboxed execution.
- Fluency with AI coding assistants or agent tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
- Direct experience with a CRM or system-of-record platform such as Salesforce.
- Track record of owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows.
- Experience with automation platforms and a solid understanding of APIs and webhooks.
- Experience at a high-growth technology company, ideally in infrastructure, cloud, or operations.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with GPU infrastructure, capacity planning, or fleet management.
- Experience building reporting and alerts on data warehouses and BI tools.
- Experience with agent platforms or frameworks.
- Experience in high-stakes, operationally complex environments.
