What you'll do
- Build and deploy AI-powered tools, agents, and workflow automations.
- Integrate LLMs with internal systems, APIs, and enterprise tools.
- Build and maintain infrastructure for reliable AI applications.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and support adoption.
- Create reusable components and tooling for AI workflows.
- Implement access controls, monitoring, observability, and reliability safeguards.
- Monitor model performance, usage, and costs; optimize outcomes.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify practical applications.
What we're looking for
- Strong software engineering experience building and maintaining production applications, services, or platforms.
- Hands-on experience developing applications with LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or open-source models.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages, and experience building backend services and API integrations.
- Experience building AI agents, workflow automation, or LLM-orchestrated applications.
- Familiarity with RAG, tool calling, structured outputs, prompt engineering, and modern AI application patterns.
- Experience integrating applications with enterprise tools, internal systems, and third-party APIs.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, and production reliability.
- Strong product mindset, ownership, and ability to collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience building internal AI platforms or enterprise AI automation solutions.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools, agent frameworks, and orchestration platforms.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with MCP, enterprise connectors, and AI tool integrations.
- Familiarity with LLM observability, evaluation, cost optimization, and usage analytics.
