What you'll do

• Build agent monitoring, guardrails, evaluation, and collaboration capabilities
• Perform ML work including exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model fine-tuning
• Translate AI research into product features with Product and Research teams
• Prototype and iterate on features using feedback
• Deliver scalable, production-ready software
• Explore emerging developments in agentic AI

What we're looking for

• MSc in Computer Science or a related field with AI/ML exposure
• Deep expertise in AI/ML, software engineering, or AI security
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with relevant ML or agentic frameworks
• Collaborative, cross-functional approach with end-to-end ownership
• Ability to learn additional languages and technologies as needed

Nice to have

• PhD focused on AI/ML or a related area
• Hands-on experience with agent orchestration, agent teams, prompt injection, red teaming, data poisoning, secure deployment, sandboxing, or AI misuse monitoring
• Open-source contributions
• Startup experience
• Cybersecurity experience
