What you'll do

• Build agent monitoring, guardrails, evaluation, and collaboration capabilities.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model fine-tuning.
• Translate AI research into product features with Product and Research teams.
• Prototype and iterate on features based on feedback.
• Ship production-ready, scalable software.
• Explore emerging agentic AI developments.

What we're looking for

• MSc in Computer Science or a related field, with exposure to AI/ML.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML, software engineering, or AI security.
• Strong Python skills and experience with relevant ML or agentic frameworks.
• Collaborative, cross-functional approach and end-to-end ownership.
• Ability to learn other languages and technologies as needed.

Nice to have

• PhD focused on AI/ML or a related area.
• Hands-on experience with agent orchestration, AI security, red teaming, prompt injection, or secure model deployment.
• Open-source contributions.
• Startup experience.
• Cybersecurity experience.
