What you'll do
- Develop agent capabilities and frameworks for monitoring, guardrails, and evaluation.
- Perform ML work such as exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model fine-tuning.
- Translate research into product features in collaboration with Product and Research.
- Prototype and iterate on features based on feedback and product needs.
- Ship production-ready, scalable software.
- Explore developments and opportunities in agentic AI.
What we're looking for
- MSc in Computer Science or a related field with exposure to AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, software engineering, or AI security.
- Strong Python skills and experience with relevant ML or agentic frameworks.
- Collaborative, cross-functional approach and ownership of end-to-end outcomes.
- Ability to learn additional languages and technologies as needed.
Nice to have
- PhD focused on AI/ML or a related field.
- Experience with agent orchestration, agent teams, prompt injection, red teaming, data poisoning, secure deployment, sandboxing, or AI misuse detection.
- Open-source contributions.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup.
- Cybersecurity experience.
