What you'll do
- Build and deploy AI solutions, agents, and workflows for business and engineering use cases.
- Integrate AI with internal business systems, developer tooling, and knowledge bases.
- Test and benchmark models for quality, latency, cost, and safety; support model routing.
- Create AI spend dashboards, monitoring, and alerts, and implement cost optimizations.
- Support agent access controls, deployment, versioning, monitoring, audit logging, and retirement.
- Develop AI training, playbooks, and workshops for technical and non-technical employees.
What we're looking for
- Experience building with modern AI/ML tools and frameworks.
- Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations.
- Working knowledge of a cloud platform and experience operating production services.
- Ability to evaluate models across providers and understand cost, latency, and quality trade-offs.
- Comfort working with usage and billing data for cost visibility or optimization.
- Understanding of privacy, security, compliance, and identity/access safeguards for AI systems.
