What you'll do
- Build AI systems to support sales and advisory at scale, including recommendation engines.
- Develop agent orchestration tools for operations.
- Own products end to end: gather needs, design, build, deploy, maintain, and monitor.
- Evaluate agent decisions and detect performance drift.
- Help non-engineers create automations and contribute to shared agent infrastructure.
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of experience shipping production software.
- Experience building, deploying, and evaluating production LLM integrations, agents, or multi-step workflows.
- Comfort across languages and codebases, with the ability to deploy and operate your work.
- Strong product sense and focus on user experience.
- High agency and ability to work across teams.
- Fluent French and professional English.
- Based in Europe or willing to relocate, with the right to work in the EU; able to attend quarterly Paris onsite weeks.
