Lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI applications that combine Neo4j graph databases and large language models. Advise strategic customers, translating business and data challenges into scalable, production-ready Graph+GenAI solutions.

What you'll do

• Advise customer stakeholders and lead discovery for Graph+GenAI solutions.
• Design scalable enterprise architectures and align technical plans with business outcomes.
• Build, test, deploy, and optimize production AI applications integrating graphs, LLMs, and orchestration frameworks.
• Lead stakeholder alignment, project scope, priorities, and risk mitigation.
• Deliver customer workshops, training, and documentation.
• Share field insights and best practices with Neo4j Product and Marketing teams.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years architecting and delivering enterprise-grade applications.
• Experience integrating LLMs into applications, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
• Advanced proficiency in at least one of Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
• Hands-on deployment experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and enterprise version control.
• Expertise deploying and scaling applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of generative AI frameworks and cloud AI platforms.
• Background in data engineering, analytics, or data science, including data pipelines and big data technologies.
• Deep graph data modeling and query-language expertise, with practical graph database or triple-store experience.
