About this role
Own cross-functional data and reporting solutions for business changes such as acquisitions, product launches, and go-to-market shifts. The role translates business needs into changes to systems, processes, definitions, and data models, ensuring the company can measure and understand its evolving business.
About the company
Cribl builds observability pipelines that route, reshape, and reduce telemetry data before it reaches downstream tools. It serves teams that need more control over log, metric, and trace costs.

- Fluency across GTM, Finance, and Product, with ability to reconcile differing business definitions.
- Basic SQL skills, including joining tables, writing CTEs, and selecting the correct aggregation grain.
- Ability to identify whether reporting issues stem from systems, processes, or data models.
- Adapt communication for executive and operational audiences.
- Hands-on experience keeping business data and reporting current after an acquisition or product launch.
Nice to have
- Experience with post-close M&A integration, new product introduction, or go-to-market model changes.
