What we're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination
- Experience coordinating across multiple APAC markets
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations
- Fluency with AI tools
- Fluency in English, additional APAC languages a plus
- Genuine interest in AI safety
