Applied AI Architect

About this role

Serve as a pre-sales technical advisor helping enterprise customers in India and APAC evaluate and deploy Claude. Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to design scalable LLM solutions, build evaluations, and guide customers from discovery through deployment.

Stack

What you'll do

• Translate enterprise requirements into technical solutions aligned with business goals
• Advise customers through discovery, evaluation, and deployment of Claude
• Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work
• Deliver technical deep dives and executive-focused presentations
• Guide architecture and integration with existing enterprise systems
• Help customers create evaluation frameworks for their use cases
• Share integration patterns and customer insights with Product and Engineering
• Travel occasionally within India and APAC for customer workshops

What we're looking for

• 10+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
• Experience with enterprise customers in India or APAC and complex buying cycles
• Strong technical communication and stakeholder relationship skills
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and enterprise integrations
• Comfortable with Python
• Ability to collaborate across cultures, teams, and time zones

Nice to have

• Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools
• Background in machine learning or data science
• Experience teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed
