Support governments and civil-sector partners in deploying Claude to strengthen democratic resilience. Build practical, safe AI solutions and deployments for areas including education, cyber resiliency, and global health, working across Anthropic’s policy, product, research, and engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Guide partner technical teams through Claude deployment architecture, setup, and integration.
• Build pilots and repeatable workflows that can scale across partner agencies.
• Document deployment approaches for low-connectivity, multilingual, and security-conscious environments.
• Represent partner needs to Product and Research teams.
• Travel internationally to provide technical enablement and build partner relationships.
• Develop solutions that leverage current model capabilities while maintaining safety standards.

What we're looking for

• At least 4 years in a customer engineering, forward-deployed engineering, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or cybersecurity role supporting government, civil-sector, or public-sector organizations.
• Experience shipping software in constrained or imperfect environments.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language; Python preferred.
• Understanding of LLM fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, collaborate across organizations, and adapt to different domains.
