Applied AI Architect (Global Customers)

About this role

Serve as a pre-sales technical advisor to enterprise customers in India and APAC, helping them assess and integrate Claude into their technology environments. Guide customers from discovery and evaluation through deployment, with a focus on scalable architectures, measurable outcomes, and safe, reliable AI.

Stack

What you'll do

• Partner with account executives to turn customer needs into technical solutions
• Advise enterprise customers throughout Claude adoption, from discovery and evaluation to deployment
• Design integration architectures for customers’ existing technology stacks
• Help customers build evaluation frameworks for their use cases
• Deliver technical deep dives and business-focused presentations to varied audiences
• Share common integration patterns and customer insights with Product and Engineering
• Travel occasionally within India and APAC for customer workshops and technical sessions

What we're looking for

• 10+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
• Experience with enterprise customers in India or APAC and complex buying cycles
• Strong technical communication and relationship-building skills across executive and engineering audiences
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems
• Comfortable with Python
• Ability to collaborate across cultures, teams, and time zones

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LLM frameworks and tools
• Background in machine learning or data science
• Experience teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed
