What you'll do
- Build technical relationships with systems integrators and cloud partners and help advance partnership strategy
- Enable partner technical teams through troubleshooting, technical guidance, and developer community engagement
- Develop joint industry-specific GenAI solutions, reference architectures, and best practices
- Provide solution architecture support to unblock strategic customer deals
- Represent Anthropic at partner events, workshops, conferences, and technical enablement sessions
- Gather partner feedback on products and deployment patterns for relevant Anthropic teams
What we're looking for
- 10+ years in customer-facing or partner-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer
- Experience partnering with systems integrators and/or cloud providers from solution design through delivery
- Strong relationship-building, presentation, and technical communication skills across executive and technical audiences
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems
- Ability to collaborate across organizations and balance competing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education, training, or experience
Nice to have
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science
- Interest in teaching, mentoring, and advancing safe and beneficial AI
