What you'll do
- Prepare and validate demos for new and priority Claude capabilities.
- Build prototypes, agents, and reference flows tied to customer outcomes.
- Turn recurring requests into reusable tools, templates, and self-service demo packages.
- Partner with go-to-market teams on customer engagements and technical challenges.
- Automate demo preparation, validation, and maintenance with internal agentic systems.
- Bring customer feedback to Product and Engineering and improve launch readiness.
- Set quality standards for demo accuracy, safety, reliability, usability, and adoption.
What we're looking for
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and experience shipping software end to end.
- Hands-on experience building applications or agents with LLM APIs, including prompting, tool use, and retrieval.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs, data sources, and services.
- Ability to rapidly prototype ambiguous needs and make solutions reliable.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in demo, solutions, sales, forward-deployed, developer relations, or product engineering.
- Track record of building reusable internal tools or self-service assets adopted by other teams.
- Commitment to representing AI capabilities accurately and responsibly.
Nice to have
- Experience with Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK, MCP, Skills, or plugins.
- Experience building AI evaluation and validation harnesses with reliability checks and fallbacks.
- Experience with scheduled agentic workflows or synthetic and sanitized demo datasets.
- Front-end or product design skills.
- Experience supporting product launches or translating field feedback into roadmap input.
