What you'll do
- Advise on worker classification and employee separations
- Support employment due diligence for M&A transactions
- Advise on global L&E trends and data privacy issues
- Manage outside counsel on employment disputes
- Develop and deliver training for managers and employees
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of legal experience in Employment and Labor law
- Active license to practice law in at least one US State
- Experience with acquisitions and compensation plans
- Proficient with generative AI tools in legal work
