What you'll do
- Provide cross-functional product counselling for EU market launches
- Advise on classification and regulatory perimeter for new offerings
- Monitor and interpret EU legislative developments
- Draft and negotiate client-facing terms
- Manage outside counsel engagements
- Mentor junior lawyers in the team
What we're looking for
- Qualified lawyer with 15+ years PQE in financial services regulatory law
- Deep knowledge of MiFID II, MiCA, payment services regulation
- Experience managing senior regulator relationships
- Strong analytical and drafting skills
- Ability to provide clear guidance on complex legal issues
Nice to have
- Experience with tokenised securities and DLT regulations
- Fluency in a second European language
- An interest in crypto and digital assets
