What you'll do

- Identify expansion opportunities during discussions
- Analyze moderately complex renewal situations
- Prepare and send renewal quotes and documentation
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM/renewals system
- Contribute to team goals collaboratively
