Associate Renewals Manager, EMEA

About this role

Manage a portfolio of customer subscription renewals, ensuring accurate, timely contract completion and supporting retention. Identify expansion opportunities through customer conversations and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to address risks and renewal blockers.

The team

Renewals team, reporting to the Manager, Renewals.

What you'll do

• Manage assigned customer renewals from tracking key dates through closure.
• Discuss product usage, future plans, and unmet needs with customers.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts through additional seats, tiers, or modules.
• Prepare and send renewal quotes, order forms, and related documentation.
• Review usage, contract terms, pricing, and potential renewal risks; escalate unusual cases.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to resolve blockers and support expansion.
• Maintain accurate CRM and renewals records for forecasting and reporting.

• Able to execute basic renewal processes independently and work with guidance on more complex scenarios.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills while managing multiple renewals.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to follow defined processes and escalate exceptions appropriately.
• Collaborative, receptive to feedback, and motivated to learn and improve.
• Able to travel for training, team events, and customer meetings.
