What you'll do
- Support territory carving and deployment activities in Salesforce
- Maintain and document territory operations processes
- Respond to account routing questions from the APJ field
- Support territory reporting and ad hoc analysis requests
- Partner with APJ Field Sales and Sales Operations
- Assist with automation improvements
- Support data hygiene for APJ accounts
- Document questions and process gaps
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, analytics, or CRM
- Based in the APJ region or able to overlap APJ hours
- Familiarity with Salesforce navigation
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear written communication skills
- Collaborative and comfortable asking questions
- Interest in sales operations systems
