What you'll do

What we're looking for
- Fluency in Greek and English
- 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of the Greek healthcare system
- Experience leading client workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders in public and private healthcare organizations
- Experience in healthcare technology, business development, or consultative sales, ideally in digital health
- Experience identifying, managing, and responding to public healthcare tenders and procurement opportunities
- Understanding of Greek and Mediterranean healthcare systems, regulations, reimbursement models, and decision-making processes
- Ability to build relationships with healthcare providers, insurers, public health authorities, and other stakeholders
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Additional Mediterranean language skills, such as Italian, Spanish, or French
- Experience in healthtech, private health insurance, healthcare services, public health, or healthcare consulting
