Business Development Representative - East Coast/Central US

About this role

Build qualified sales pipeline for Mews by prospecting hotel operators across the East Coast and Central US. Use multichannel outreach and AI-assisted research to book discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.

Mews builds a cloud property management platform that helps hotels run operations and improve guest experiences.

What you'll do

• Conduct cold calls, emails, and targeted outreach sequences to hotel decision-makers
• Research and prioritize new business prospects across the territory
• Track and report pipeline activity weekly, monthly, and quarterly
• Share market intelligence with the regional commercial team
• Use AI tools for prospect research and outreach preparation

What we're looking for

• At least six months of outbound sales or high-contact customer-facing experience preferred
• Located in the Central or East Coast US, or Central US
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Genuine interest in hospitality and how hotels operate
• Hands-on AI use for research and drafting, with careful review and ownership of outreach

Nice to have

• Hospitality experience
• Salesforce and outbound tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• SaaS BDR/SDR experience and a record of meeting activity or pipeline targets
• SaaS experience
