Business Development Representative West Coast

Build qualified sales pipeline for Mews across the West Coast by prospecting hotel operators and booking discovery meetings for the Account Executive team. The role focuses on multichannel outbound outreach, market research, and using AI tools to personalize prospecting.

What you'll do

• Cold call and contact hotel decision-makers through email and targeted sequences
• Research and prioritize West Coast business opportunities and build pipeline independently
• Track and report pipeline activity on weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences
• Share market intelligence with the regional commercial team
• Use AI tools for prospect research and outreach

What we're looking for

• At least six months of experience in outbound sales or a high-contact customer-facing role
• Clear written and verbal communication in both languages
• Hands-on AI experience for research and outreach, with review and ownership of all sent messages
• Passion for hospitality and the ability to speak credibly with hotel operators

Nice to have

• Hospitality experience or deep hospitality knowledge
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Previous BDR or SDR experience at a SaaS company with a record of meeting activity and pipeline targets
