Business Operations Associate

What you'll do

• Manage goal setting and track progress, working with leadership to address deviations.
• Contribute to strategic planning and define OKRs.
• Research business questions and develop recommendations for leadership.
• Improve access to information and support decision-making across the company.
• Plan content for company-wide all-hands and offsites.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of the company operating system.
• Improve knowledge sharing and remote-work processes, including maintaining Notion as the single source of truth.
• Provide operational support wherever critical needs arise.

What we're looking for

• 3–6 years of experience combining management consulting, technology investment banking, venture capital, and/or startup operations.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, proactiveness, and rigor.
• Effective stakeholder management and written and verbal communication with senior leaders.
• Basic knowledge of SaaS financial and operating metrics, and ability to read financial reports and assess business health.
• Analytical thinking and experience using data to inform decisions.
• Comfort with startup ambiguity and proactive problem-solving.
• Curiosity and fluency with AI tools, including experimenting with them and sharing learnings.
• Proficiency with macOS and remote-work tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.

Nice to have

• Experience with management consulting, technology investment banking, venture capital, or startup operations.
