Own full-cycle recruiting for G&A or Go-To-Market roles across EMEA, from sourcing and screening through offer and close. Partner with hiring managers to build strong pipelines and deliver structured, candidate-centered hiring processes.

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of G&A or GTM searches across EMEA from intake through close
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, calibrate hiring criteria, and set sourcing strategies
• Source and engage active and passive candidates while building diverse pipelines
• Manage structured interview processes and candidate communications
• Collaborate with Talent, People Partners, and Compensation on offers and closing
• Track pipeline health and share data-driven insights

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A or GTM hiring
• Track record of closing strong candidates in competitive markets
• Familiarity with the EMEA talent landscape and recruiting across multiple countries
• Strong stakeholder management, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches and work effectively amid ambiguity
• Genuine interest in Anthropic’s mission

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience at a high-growth technology, AI, or machine learning company
• Experience recruiting across both G&A and GTM functions
• Experience hiring across multiple EMEA markets, including the UK and Ireland
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
• Additional European language skills
