What you'll do

- Source and engage active and passive candidates
- Run structured interview processes and provide a strong candidate experience
- Collaborate with Talent, People Partners, and Compensation on offers
- Track pipeline health and share data-driven insights
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A or GTM hiring
- Track record of closing strong candidates in competitive markets
- Familiarity with EMEA talent markets and recruiting across countries
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches and work effectively amid ambiguity
- Genuine interest in Anthropic’s mission
Nice to have
- Recruiting experience at a high-growth technology, AI, or machine learning company
- Experience across both G&A and GTM functions
- Hiring experience across multiple EMEA markets, including the UK and Ireland
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
- Additional European language skills
