What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end searches from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer, and close.
- Partner with hiring managers and advise on hiring challenges and decisions.
- Use market research, talent mapping, and targeted outreach to find specialized candidates.
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Use AI and modern recruiting tools to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience recruiting for specialized or niche roles.
- Ability to independently source, assess, and close hard-to-find candidates.
- Strong hiring-manager partnership, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Sound judgment and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
