What you'll do
- Design and maintain integrations and data flows across CRM, CPQ, billing, finance systems, marketing automation, and the data warehouse.
- Build AI-powered and agent-based workflows to reduce manual work for Sales, Deal Desk, and Billing Ops.
- Automate billing workflows including upgrades, prorated refunds, early renewals, true-ups, and credit deferment, with auditable records.
- Improve data quality, reconciliation, monitoring, and reporting for ARR, pipeline, dashboards, and forecasting.
- Establish effective access controls, change management, release practices, documentation, tests, and runbooks.
What we're looking for
- Experience in business systems engineering, GTM engineering, revenue operations, or technical sales or marketing operations.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with a data warehouse such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
- Experience building integrations using APIs, webhooks, event-driven services, reverse ETL, or automation platforms.
- Familiarity with quote-to-cash, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
- Curiosity about AI and experience applying it through development assistance, agents, or workflow automation.
- Able to work in an office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Nice to have
- Python or JavaScript scripting and serverless integration experience.
- NetSuite or other ERP experience.
- Salesforce development with Apex, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce automation.
- Hands-on Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or similar CPQ experience.
- Salesforce administration and customization experience.
