What we're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in data center operations or hardware deployment.
- Proven track record leading large-scale deployments.
- Experience managing vendors and contract workforces.
- Hands-on technical depth in server and network hardware.
- Ability to work with schedule and telemetry data.
- Willingness to travel over 50% of the time.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with GPU/accelerator or high-density liquid-cooled infrastructure.
- Experience standing up operations at a new site.
- Experience deploying multiple accelerator platforms.
