What you'll do
- Develop hands-on certification exams for real-time analytics, observability, and data warehousing use cases.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts on job task analyses.
- Grade and maintain exams, including writing grading scripts.
- Create quizzes for course-completion badges and credentials.
- Build a community for certified professionals through social media and events.
- Track and report certification program metrics and KPIs.
- Coordinate with certification and badging vendors and support learners.
- Occasionally travel to conferences and Meetups.
What we're looking for
- Experience developing certification exams and quizzes for technical audiences.
- SQL experience and technical knowledge in relevant areas such as DBMS, OLAP, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and big data.
- Strong ownership, accountability, communication, and self-motivation.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work in a fast-paced startup.
Nice to have
- Five or more years of technical software certification experience.
- Curriculum development or instruction experience in databases or distributed systems.
- ClickHouse and cloud service provider experience.
- Experience building software certification exams.
- Technical degree in Computer Science or a related field.
