What you'll do
- Coordinate social media activity and adapt global content for APJ audiences.
- Manage regional branded merchandise, including sourcing, inventory, and distribution.
- Coordinate purchase orders, supplier documentation, approvals, invoices, and marketing expenditure.
- Support regional campaigns, partner initiatives, field events, webinars, and PR activities.
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign assets, and documentation; assist with reporting and budget tracking.
- Identify ways to improve marketing processes and regional social engagement.
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, events, or a related role.
- Strong organisational, project coordination, and prioritisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience or interest in social media, content creation, and brand marketing.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with marketing, social media, or project management tools.
- Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion.
- Based in Melbourne or Sydney and able to attend in-person working days.
