Lead financial strategy for a profitable, international, multi-entity software company. The CFO will guide capital allocation and sustainable growth, build long-term shareholder value, and lead a lean, AI-enabled finance organization.

What you'll do

• Own capital allocation and advise leadership on investment priorities.
• Support disciplined, profitable growth with clear financial insights.
• Build long-term business value and explore liquidity opportunities.
• Represent the company with investors, partners, banks, and auditors.
• Build and lead a lean finance organization across international entities.

What we're looking for

• Experience leading finance through significant company growth and building shareholder value.
• Deep international, multi-entity, and multi-currency experience.
• Knowledge of cross-border tax and compliance, including US indirect tax, EU VAT, and Australian GST.
• Strong communication, ownership, and autonomy in a fast-moving remote environment.
• Daily working-hour overlap across EMEA and US Eastern time zones.

Nice to have

• SaaS-enabled marketplace experience, including forecasting transactional GBV and recurring revenue.
• Travel, hospitality, or proptech experience.
• Experience building a finance function from founder-run to institutional-grade.
