What you'll do
- Drive company-wide strategic initiatives from planning through execution
- Own OKRs and support leadership planning and operating cadence
- Support annual and long-range planning, surfacing strategic implications
- Prepare and refine Board and ELT materials
- Partner on executive dashboards and analyze data to inform decisions
- Design executive meeting and offsite agendas, capture decisions, and support follow-through
What we're looking for
- Typically 15+ years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, product operations, or executive advisory work
- Track record partnering with and influencing executive leaders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to distill complex topics into clear narratives
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with SaaS metrics and executive-level data
- Ability to prioritize multiple high-impact workstreams with sound judgment
- High discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence
