What you'll do
- Advise the President and prepare concise briefings for technical and organizational decisions.
- Resolve cross-functional bottlenecks and improve coordination across Engineering, Product, Support, and AI teams.
- Lead complex initiatives without a clear functional owner, including pricing, unit economics, developer tooling, and technical re-architecture.
- Build and deploy AI agents and automation workflows for operational monitoring, metrics synthesis, and scenario modeling.
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of experience in high-growth technology, strategy, operations, product operations, or technical chief of staff roles.
- Technical fluency and experience working closely with Engineering and Product leaders.
- Able to define and deliver solutions to ambiguous problems without formal authority.
- Strong analytical skills, including evaluating unit economics and building scenario models.
- Clear, concise executive communication.
- Practical experience with LLM workflows, coding agents, and automation frameworks.
- Able to work on-site in Foster City at least three days per week.
