Client Support Specialist

About this role

Provide frontline support to traders at Slay Markets, helping with account needs, platform issues, and questions about prediction markets. Manage client conversations in Intercom and coordinate with compliance, risk, operations, and product teams, including during high-volume market events.

What you'll do

• Respond to client questions through chat, email, and tickets.
• Assist with account setup, verification, funding, withdrawals, and platform navigation.
• Explain prediction-market contracts, pricing, settlement, and outcome determination.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate technical problems.
• Track account changes, document submissions, and compliance questions through resolution.
• Record client interactions and share recurring issues with product and operations.

What we're looking for

• Customer service experience, ideally in financial services, trading, betting, or a similar setting.
• Working knowledge of sports betting, prediction markets, or event-based trading.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail, including during ticket-volume spikes.
• Hands-on experience with Intercom help desk inboxes, macros, and ticket workflows.
• Knowledge of margin, settlement, and KYC/AML documentation.
• Good judgment about when to seek help or escalate.

Nice to have

• Professional experience at a proprietary trading firm, FCM, or introducing broker.
• Futures brokerage knowledge.
• Experience with NinjaTrader, Sierra Chart, or Rithmic.
• Experience with Intercom Fin AI or similar support automation.
• Additional languages.
