What you'll do

- Develop strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps using qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Create presentations and deliverables to communicate recommendations and progress to leadership
- Design KPI frameworks, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies
What we're looking for
- Experience in strategic operations, program management, or management consulting
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or an adjacent industry
- Strong analytical, project management, and business development skills
- Track record of delivering strategic initiatives, including planning, risk management, and performance optimization
- Strong communication, judgment, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
