What you'll do
- Review, revise, and negotiate MSAs, DPAs, order forms, and NDAs for the sales team
- Lead vendor contract reviews with internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain contract workflows, templates, playbooks, and process documentation
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Trust, and other teams on operational legal matters
- Track legal developments affecting AI and the business
- Support special projects for the Head of Legal
What we're looking for
- J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 3–5 years of in-house or law firm experience, including commercial contracts in a B2B SaaS or AI environment
- Familiarity with GDPR and CCPA in commercial transactions
- Ability to prioritize and independently handle high-volume, quick-turn work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining legal concepts to non-lawyers
Nice to have
- Experience with contract management systems such as Ironclad
- Curiosity about AI tools and legal technology and willingness to use them to improve efficiency
