What you'll do

• Write social media content and manage mentions and online communities across major platforms.
• Coordinate product and feature announcements across press, social, and community channels.
• Handle incoming press requests and build relationships with journalists.
• Plan and run campaigns, track performance metrics, and report findings and recommendations.
• Manage projects from scoping and kickoff through delivery and postmortem.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of communications experience, including PR and social media; tech experience preferred.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to explain products clearly without jargon.
• Hands-on content development and community management across X, Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and Bluesky.
• Media relations experience, including pitching journalists and handling inquiries.
• Experience measuring reach, engagement, sentiment, and campaign impact and reporting insights.
• Strong judgment about participating in online conversations.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, content calendars, approval cycles, and cross-functional projects.
