What you'll do
- Own communications for platform releases, product updates, and developer-facing news
- Build relationships with journalists, newsletter writers, and creators covering AI platforms, enterprise software, and APIs
- Prepare platform leaders for press interviews, podcasts, panels, and other speaking opportunities
- Align external narratives with product sales and support, and channel customer feedback to internal teams
- Coordinate communications across press, social, owned, and community channels
What we're looking for
- Experience in communications, PR, or product marketing, including work with platform, API, developer, or enterprise products
- Understand developer culture and enterprise buying
- Strong judgment about product moments, messaging, and timing
- High agency, low ego, and bias to action
Nice to have
- 8–10 years of experience in communications, PR, or product marketing
- Communications experience at a developer platform, API-first, or enterprise software company
- Relationships with reporters and analysts covering AI platforms, enterprise technology, or developers
- Experience managing communications for AI or ML products
- Active familiarity with Hacker News and developer social channels
