What you'll do
- Build and maintain internal tools and infrastructure for global community programs.
- Identify operational gaps and create automations, platform integrations, and custom workflows.
- Manage program operations, including applications, onboarding, member support, reimbursements, swag, vendors, and events.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to build community data infrastructure and ROI and conversion dashboards.
- Serve as the main operational contact for ambassadors and internal partners.
