What you'll do
- Support compliance reviews and approvals for asset listings
- Manage the policies and procedures inventory
- Oversee delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Plan
- Maintain the CBI correspondence log and regulatory scanning feeds
- Prepare compliance materials for committee and board meetings
- Support annual compliance training and the AML/CFT framework
- Assist with regulatory inquiries and examinations
- Monitor regulatory developments and implement new requirements
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in compliance-related business functions
- Experience delivering compliance and AML/CFT plans
- Practical knowledge of compliance and AML/CFT management
- Knowledge of domestic and international regulations, particularly crypto-related requirements
- Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and stakeholder relationships
